All of the other Disney Parks are a little further but you can get to them in about 15 minutes depending on the traffic levels. The closest Disney Park to the Fairfield Inn at Flamingo Crossing would be Disney’s Animal Kingdom which is just a few miles away. Of course, a short drive will get you to many other attractions and dining options. This makes it nice when you need to pick up a few things or grab a quick bite to eat. They raised it to 13 an hour so 13x30=390. To calculate with the 30 you expect- the 30 hours was without tax, which I have no clue how much they take out of their checks.
